As Summer Looms, Popsicles Make An Amazing Healthy Snack!
Buy a popsicle mold, and take the fruits (and other items) and squeezes, pour or put them in!
- Watermelon Lime:
- Watermelon + Lime Juice, Mint
- Peach Lemonade:
- Water, 2 Peach Slices, Lemon Juice, 3 tablespoons of Honey
- Lemon Cream:
- 12-14 oz Cond. Coconut Milk, 3/4 Cups of Reg. or Cond. Milk, 2-3 Small Lemon Slices
- Cucumber Melon:
- Water, Sliced Cucumber, Sliced Honeydew Melon
- Blue Raspberry:
- Vanilla Ice Cream (Halo Top Brand), Raspberries, Blue Food Coloring
- Coconut Blueberry:
- Coconut Milk, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1tsp of vanilla extract, blueberries, blended
- Your Fave Cereal!
- Milk of your choice, and Your favorite cereal
The cereal one is my personal favorite! It tastes just like milk does after eating cereal!
