Summer is a singer, comedian, and supporter of body positivity and body honesty. She expressed to her followers that at the weight of 160 pounds she wanted to lose weight and gain her confidence back.


Her tips are more simplistic and were all taken from a youtube.

HOW SHE LOST 28 LBS FAST

#1:

Have a supporter. Doing this by yourself makes it hard to stay motivated. If you are doing this with another person, then you both can uplift, track, and support each other.


#2:

Drink "Smooth Move Tea". She said she would drink it every 2 days. Smooth Move Tea is a medicinal tea that can be bought at Target, Walmart, Publix, and even Staples. It is a laxative tea that causes you to well, poop.


#3:

Walking. Walk 1-2 miles every day. Simple.


#4:

The Diet. No Sweets. No Bread. No Pasta. Eat Lots of Salads, Chicken, Salmon, Eggs, Oatmeal.


#5:

Once the weight starts dropping off, you'll notice skin becoming looser and pudgy. This is when you begin implementing actual exercises. Summerella utilizes a trainer, but check out our website for more workouts you can do personally if you don't want or can't afford a trainer.
