- You aren't getting enough sleep

- You touch your face a lot

- Your bedding is dirty

- You pick at your acne

- You're very stressed or anxious

- You have an intolerance to your hair products

- You wear makeup

- You aren't using the right products for your skin type

- You don't wash your face as often as you should

- You're makeup brushes/products are dirty

- You don't wear sunscreen

- You consume too much dairy

- You consume too much gluten

- You're eating greasy + oily foods

- You're eating sugary drinks + foods

- You're eating seafood + caffeine

- You're eating non-organic foods

- You don't drink enough water
