The Grocery Sweep Method:
Go to every pantry/fridge/snack drawer in your house and be honest with yourself about the food. Why is this in here? How healthy is it really? Is it expired? And throw it away. This is a method used by nutritionists that forces you to build healthy habits. When you have a craving for something unhealthy, it isn't there and your only option is healthy foods.
