This is a grocery list that keeps what's in your fridge healthy. It includes snacks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.


Best Times To Eat:


Breakfast:

Ideal: 7 - 8 AM

No Later Than: 10 AM

When: 30 min. Of Waking Up

Lunch:

Ideal: 12:30 - 2:00 PM

No Later Than: 4 PM

When: 4 hrs. After Breakfast

Dinner:

Ideal: 6 - 9 PM

No Later Than: 10 PM

When: 3 hrs. before bed
